Admissions

MASTERS

The selection of candidates for the Master’s Degree in PPGCA is held annually, in the second semester, for entrance in the first semester of the following year. We admit 16 students per year.

The selection process includes the following steps:

i) proof of knowledge of the English language (eliminatory) must be made upon application through presentation of a copy of certificate obtained within the last three years from a recognized English test qualification, as set out in the PPGCA Selection Notice;

ii) written test of knowledge based on the content and the references set out in the Selection Notice of PPGCA (eliminatory and classificatory); and

iii) assessment of the resume, submitted according to Lattes model, and post-secondary transcripts (eliminatory and classificatory), considering the evaluation criteria established in the PPGCA Selection Notice.

A second selection process occurs if the 16 annual seats are not filled in the first selection process.

Scholarships are available during the course, depending on the classification of the candidates in the selection process (in the first semester).
